HOW IT WORKS

• We pick up your laundry at your home or business from 7am-9am and from 6pm-8pm
   
• Schedule a pick up time with us by filling out the online form or call us @ 718-322-7080
   
• Simple leave your laundry bag or dry cleaning clothes at a designated place
   
• We pick-up your laundry and drop it off cleaned and folded the next day
   
• We charge you by the pound
   

 WASH & FOLD
 

7 Step process outlines our quality care system:
 

1. All loads are weighed, sorted and seperated.
2. All loads are washed seperately.
3. Only premium detergent and fabric softener are used.
4. Clean clothes are immediately moved to the dryer to prevent wrinkling and are immediately           removed from the dryer when they are no longer damp.
5. Dryers are set on warm, never on hot, to prevent shrinkage.
6. Clothing and linens are meticulously folded.
7. Folded clothing and linens are carefully bagged and tagged and ready for delivery.
   
   
    

Dry cleaning will be delivered within 72 hours (excluding Sunday) to ensure best quality. If you include laundry with your dry cleaning [Please put them in separate bags] order then both will be delivered within 72 hours.

Policies:

We require 24 hours notice for pick-ups. You must submit your order a day in advance. All pick-up and delivery times are in one hour time frames. We will e-mail you immediately to confirm the day and time. Although pick-up and delivery are free, try to be home at the scheduled time, as there is a $5.00 re-delivery fee. If you request an evening pick-up, your laundry will be delivered the following evening. If you request a morning pick up, your laundry will be delivered the following morning. Same day service [A.M. pick-up and P.M. delivery] is available at an extra charge.
